Museum of Shri Krishna<\/h1>\n

A museum dedicated to the life and times of Lord Krishna, as well as the 18-day battle between the Kauravas and Pandavas, is on display. All six galleries can be viewed in one sitting. There are old stone sculptures, casts, leaf etchings and small-scale paintings in the museum’s collection. Additionally, Haryana Tourism has partnered with the Indian Ministry of Tourism to build the Multimedia Mahabharata and Gita Gallery. Located adjacent to the museum, the museum is equivalent to the Kurukshetra Panorama & Science Center in terms of its location.
\nThe Shri Krishna Museum in Kurukshetra preserves the traits, philosophy, miracles, personality, and teachings of Lord Krishna for all time. One of only a few museums related to Krishna as Vishnu’s incarnation exists here. Artifacts and images depicting the author’s experiences, discoveries and insights can be found throughout the book.<\/p>\n

The Shri Krishna Museum in Kurukshetra features stunning artwork and design.<\/h2>\n

Founded in 1987 by the Kurukshetra Development Board, the Museum of Kurukshetra is one of the city’s most famous tourist attractions. Each of the museum’s two blocks, each with three galleries, is organised into six sections. It was launched by then Indian President Shri R Venkataraman in July of that year. In 1995, a new block was added to the museum. President Pratibha Devi Singh Patil opened the third block of construction. The Mahabharata and Gita galleries in this area are high-tech multimedia installations.<\/p>\n

Shri Krishna Museum Kurukshetra exhibits a variety of historical artefacts. The objects on display at the Krishna Museum are among the most rare and valuable in India. Shri Krishna, the Mahabharata, and Kurukshetra all feature prominently in the film<\/p>\n

The museum’s galleries thoughtfully demonstrate these ideas. There are many artefacts on show here that relate to these historical events and topics. Terracotta, terra-cotta figurines, etchings on palm leaves, ivory casts, bronze casts and tiny paintings are only a few examples.<\/p>\n

As a battle hero, philosopher, incarnation, and godhead, as well as a compassionate lover and a statesman, Lord Krishna has been variously portrayed. To entice tourists, the museum displays an impressive collection of paintings in the Madhubani, Kangra, and Pattachitra folk styles.<\/p>\n

As part of the museum’s recent expansion, a new wing illustrates the significance of Kurukshetra’s prophets, such as Lord Krishna, Vidur, Bhishma, and many others.<\/p>\n

People from all walks of life enjoy this multimedia spectacle. When the great events of history are depicted in an efficient manner, they are thoroughly entertained. All images in this collection are copyrighted and are the property of Haryana Tourism and the Ministry of Tourism, India. This entire project, dubbed ‘Integrated Development of Panipat Kurukshetra Pinjore Circuit,’ was carried out in this manner.<\/p>\n
